Lion and Dragon Dancers enter and lead a "Color Guard" followed by the flags of the states represented and the competitors enter. Welcoming Messages / National Anthem sung by "Austin Male Vocalist of the Year" Guy Forsyth.

Executive Director - Dave Pickens
Oversees all aspects to see committees are progressing on a timely manner, communicates and promotes the event to potential schools and competitors. He coordinates the requirements of each committee to insure the success of the tournament and the AAU.
Martial Arts Event Coordinator - Jeff Hughes
Assist all Directors, Chairman, Officials, and committees to build an event that will lead to greater events in the future.
Web Design Commitee - Chairman Bill Nadalini

Hotel & Accommodations Coordinators - Danni Timm of Round Rock Convention and Tourism has helped to secure the hotel accommodations we will need at the Wingate Inn in Round Rock. The tournament will take place at the Brushy Creek Community Center a short 5 min drive from there! Michelle Williams Director of Sales at Wingate is the hotel liaison. When you make your reservation, mention the AAU and the discounted rate is for a room that sleeps four adults for $84.00. (website)

Tournament Helpers Coordinator - Paul Parham - The Tournament Helpers Coordinator assembles a group of volunteers to act as timers, score keepers, and registration officials. They also get runner to provide water to the officials.
